The  McKinley Hill Business District third meeting of the year was held Thursday April 9th  at Fergie's on the Ave, 3504 E. McKinley Ave.   President Aaron Beckord opened the meeting with a round of introductions. 

Guest speaker Bert Hayes Sector 4 Police Officer distributed copies of CBS Area E Summary of Selected Calls for Service and Formally Reported Crimes.  Officer Hayes explained the summary and informed the group of security issues in the district.  

Guest Speaker Dennis Schroeder from Wells Fargo talked about successes in the banking industry and said that Wells Fargo is the world leading instutition.  

Guest Speaker Carol Wolfe financing business growth, helping businesses to grow and finding opportunities in the present economy.  Carol Wolfe supplied the group with mailing labels of businesses in the McKinley Business District.

President Beckord reminded the group about the Gmail that has been set up for the Business District and encouraged members to use the system.  He mentioned vacancies on the Board and it is very likely that we will have a secretary by the July meeting.  President Beckord signed and submitted to Carol Wolfe a contract which will allow the City to fund a maximum of $5,000 for improvement projects in the McKinley Business District.
